As a manufacturer of both curved glass and insulated glass units, we offer a unique product — insulated curved glass units. We combine a thermally bent pane with a flat one into a sealed unit, delivering both the aesthetic effect and thermal insulation. A solution particularly valued by manufacturers of premium joinery.

The glass bending process

Mould preparation

We select or produce a precise mould for the required curvature radius and pane dimensions.
Heating

The glass pane is heated in a chamber furnace to its softening temperature.
Forming

The softened glass settles onto the mould, taking its final convex shape.
Annealing

Slow, controlled cooling ensures even stress distribution and mechanical strength.

What we bend - and what we do not

Gravity bending in a chamber furnace has technological limits. We state them openly so you know straight away whether we can make your part.

We do make

Thermal (gravity) bending of float glass 3-6 mm thick
Clear, patterned and tinted glass: bronze, grey, green
Curved panes for doors, windows, furniture, display cases and clocks
Reproduction of curved panes for heritage restoration
Insulated curved units: a bent pane sealed together with a flat one

We do not make

Bent toughened (tempered) glass
Bent laminated glass (VSG)
Glass thicker than 6 mm
Curved balustrades, facades and large-radius architectural glazing
Curved shower enclosures, refrigerated display cases and counters

What is curved glass used for?

Curved glass is used in interior and exterior doors, arched windows, furniture (display cabinet fronts, sideboards), clocks, historic building restoration and display cases.

Do you bend toughened or laminated glass?

No. We work only with float glass 3-6 mm thick, gravity bent in a chamber furnace. Bending toughened and laminated glass is a different technology that we do not offer - the same applies to curved balustrades, facades and large-radius architectural glazing.

Do you ship curved glass across Poland?

Yes, we handle orders from all over the country. The glass is professionally packed and shipped by courier or our own transport. We handle individual and wholesale orders.

What colours of curved glass are available?

We offer clear (float) glass, patterned glass in many designs and tinted glass: bronze, grey and green. Thickness from 3 mm to 6 mm.
