Cutting & shaping

Circles, ovals, trapezoids, polygons and irregular forms from a template — precise edges and dimensions.

Edge grinding

Matt grinding, semi-polished and high-gloss polishing — straight and curved edges.

Bevelling

Decorative angled edge cut — for decorative mirrors, table tops and furniture. Various bevel widths.

Edge arrissing

Blunting of sharp edges — the standard finishing treatment, safe in transport and installation.

Hole drilling

Diamond drills, clean holes without chipping — for handles, hinges, knobs and cable feeds.

Toughening

Glass approx. 5× stronger; when broken it shatters into blunt pieces — for enclosures, balustrades, doors and tops.

Laminating (VSG)

Bonding panes with PVB or EVA interlayers — fragments stay on the film. Balustrades, glass floors, canopies.

UV bonding

A transparent, strong joint cured with ultraviolet light — glass furniture, shelves, display cases, aquariums.

UV printing

Any graphic or photo on glass — durable, resistant to abrasion and moisture. Splashbacks, doors, signage.

Shopfront glazing

Installation of large panes in the display windows of shops and commercial premises — toughened, laminated or security glass.

PVC & aluminium window service

Replacement of seals and insulated units, hardware adjustment, mechanism repair, maintenance.

Customer-supplied glass

Bring your own glass — we will cut, grind, bevel and drill it to your needs.

Can I bring my own glass for processing?

Yes, we process glass supplied by the customer — cutting, grinding, bevelling, hole drilling. Visit our workshop at ul. Armii Krajowej 69.

What is UV bonding of glass?

UV bonding joins glass elements with a special adhesive cured by ultraviolet light. The joint is transparent, extremely strong and aesthetic — ideal for glass furniture and display cases.

Does toughening change the appearance of glass?

No, toughening does not change how glass looks. After toughening it looks identical, but is about 5x mechanically stronger and safe if broken.

Do you glaze shopfronts?

Yes, we install large glass panes in the display windows of shops, restaurants and commercial premises. We use toughened or laminated glass, and security or insulated units where needed.

Do you service windows bought elsewhere?

Yes — our PVC and aluminium window service covers windows from any manufacturer: seal replacement, hardware adjustment, mechanism repair and replacement of insulated units from our own production.
